I miss Camp Emes so much. It changed my life so much and was the best experience ever. Elly is the most awesome guy ever and cares so much for every Jew. He's so devoted to making every camper have the best time of his life. I wish we could all be back together in camp in yerushalayim.

Elly i dont think u can possibly understand what an impact your camp this past summer had on me and all the other campers, it brought us all together in an indescribable way u showed us what erets yirael really is and inspired us to be a true ben torah not only in erets yisroel but at home as well and yet it was the most fun iv ever had so for that id like to thank you you have a tremendous talent. And to the guys i never knew new yorkers could be so awesome and fun lol but seriously i miss all of u and wish u all the best hatzlacha.

Though I have never been to Camp Emes I am an avid fan and have been following the camps growth since it's inception. There is no question that the success Camp Emes has seen in changing the lives of so many frum teenagers is due to the hard work and devotion of Rabbi Elly Merrenstein. The care, dedication and love he shows for every camper knows no bounds. His incredible geshmack, charisma, unassuming personality, along with his dedication to yiddishkeit and passionate love of Eretz Yisroel makes him the perfect role model for Emes campers! Watching the Emes videos is so incredibly inspiring - to see frum teenagers connecting to their heritage, to the gdolei Eretz Yisroel, and to Eretz Yisroel and having an absolute heart stopping, thrilling blast of a summer in a Torahdik and healthy way,is just an incredible experience. If only we had more camps like Emes.... Hatzlocha!
